It’s Avinash and Shruti’s 25th marriage anniversary today.
Both being raised and educated in the same neighborhood and their families were blended over cricket and movies for years; as it happens many a times, they simply were married. Years fled in flicker of a moment. Once a middle class man Avinash is now one of the most elite people in the city. His old buddies, movies and cricket now are replaced by business associates, tenders and deals. But, money could neither buy him his old days nor the happiness!
Suddenly the lights are faded. Shruti, with a group of people is standing in front of the screen where the life journey of the couple was being displayed…
“This is for you dear husband!” Shruti announces with a grin.
Before anyone understands anything, an unexpected song starts playing on the screen and Avinash couldn’t help himself to join his crazy old buddies laughing and dancing frantically along with the song played in background…
