1. Is Life what we think it is?
The essence of existence is a deep feeling of ambiguity. Everything we consider as reality could simply be an illusion. The feeling of existential doubt arises where the lines between reality and illusion become unclear. This indicates that what we experience as life is influenced by our thoughts rather than by an objective reality. We have been informed that life shouldn’t be taken too seriously, as there may exist a deeper, more essential reality beyond our current experiences. Our experiences, whether they are physical or mental, involve our senses, thoughts, emotions, and perceptions of the surrounding world, which could be layers of dreams, prompting inquiries into the essence of existence and consciousness.
